Work experience

From my education to my recent work, the human focus has been the most critical aspect. With years of experience in customer-facing, liaising with stakeholders and project management, I realised I had been working with UX methods, despite not knowing what UX Design was. Now as a UX Designer, I aim to perfectly balance user and business needs to create delightful products.
